I never met Ed in person, he worked at Harrah's with my husbaband John....I just corresponded back and forth with him on facebook. I knew that he had gotten sicker and was traveling and I was so glad he got to do that. I'm so sorry that he wasn't able to beat the disease but I'm glad he is at peace now. I pray for peace for the family during this time ..Melissa

I had heard Eddie way before meeting him. I just loved hearing him on the radio! When I finally got to see the face behind the voice it was while both of us drove a long way to work. In Murphy, he was always smiling and just a wonderful ray of perfect sunshine. He loved his family so much, he interacted with everyone he came across & always left them smiling, a rare and so appreciated soul. I am praying for comfort during this heartbreaking time. Terri, he loved you and the "kids" so much. I am so very sad that he will not be here for the upcoming weddings. Denae, I will say extra prayers for you and your brother, Spencer. May God hold each of you lovingly and tightly through this very sad time in each of your lives.

Terri, Danae, and Spencer, our deepest sympathy on the passing of Ed. We will miss him going up and down the hill. I always knew the sound of his vehicle. A lot of late nights as he came from work, I would hear his vehicle going up the mountain. Just an all around great person! Always had time to wave or acknowledge us as he went by . Prayers and love to all of you as you go through this difficult time. Sending love from the bottom of the hill. Jan & David
