She was an artist of the most precious kind. She made something rare and beautiful of everyone she touched.

She introduced me to the uniqueness of freshwater pearls, placed in the made-to-order settings required by the these gemstones created by pain.

She taught me that each article of clothing, each piece of jewelry, each precious human starts in some raw mess, but that an artisan can create something delightful, something full of light, something priceless, given eternal time and patience.

She always had that kind of time & patience for me. I love her & will be grateful to see her again.

Love bears all things.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Geraldine was my “cool” aunt & I loved her deeply. I always lit up in the presence of her love, acceptance, and pure class.

I can’t imagine your feelings of loss these past couple of weeks. You all are deep in my prayers for peace and comfort, as well as for a renewal of mind in joyful memories.

I pour my love on you.

While in Andrews, Geraldine and Paul were well loved. My parents were frequent shoppers and just visited at times. Geraldine was very fond of my parents, she often told me of how special they were to her. Geraldine always spoke of them , even years after she and Paul left Andrews when I would run into her. For that Geraldine, you will hold a special place in my heart.
