Janet, we are very, very sorry to hear about Shannon. The Bible promises that Jesus has the power to bring the dead back to life and that he will do so. Revelation 21: 3,4 say “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. 4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." We eagerly look forward to that time, along with you.

Janet and Family
We are so very sorry for your lost. Please find comfort in Jesus words at Matthew chapter 11:25" I am the resurrection and the life. The one who excercises faith in me even though he dies , will come to life". Please find comfort in this promise from Jesus that we can see our dead loved ones again.
