Azzlee Ledford, 68, of Hayesville died Saturday, July 25, 2015 in Lincolnton, North Carolina. She was a native and lifelong resident of Clay County. Azzlee had worked in the textile industry, as a CNA, and owned and operated Penland’s Shooting Creek Grill. She attended Bethel Church.

She was the daughter of the late Lyle and Montree Parker Parker.

Surviving are her husband, Wallace Ledford; a daughter, Angela Ogle and husband, Teddy of Lincolnton; three sons, Jeffrey Allen Patterson and wife, Donna of Hayesville, and Stanley Wallace Patterson and Robert Hayes Hunter Jr. both of Lincolnton; and ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 30, 2015 in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, Hayesville with the Rev. Curtis Ledford officiating. The interment was in Bethel Cemetery.

The family received friends from 6-8 Wednesday evening at the Ivie Funeral Home, Hayesville.
