There are those rare individuals whose personalities radiate a quiet strength and decency. Chet was such a person, and always a pleasure to be around. He is, and will be, fondly remembered.

Chet was a great friend and winter neighbor. It was especially enjoyable to see Chet grow as a Clay target shooter.
Chet will be missed, but our memories of him will live on.

Mr. Westergard was a very kind man, who was usually quiet when I saw him but always spoke to everyone. I know his family will miss him. Linda, Kendra and girls, I am so sorry for your loss.

I met Chet and Linda at Charlie's auctions many years ago. Then I met Chet again shooting trap at the gun club. He was the one of the nicest people I have ever met. He was always in a good mood and had a smile on his face. He will definitely be missed and thought of often. My prayers are for his family as they go through this tough time.
