Dear Brian and all

It was great seeing you all. I am sorry for the reason. You all look great and I hope to see Brian at the next reunion;-) I know other family members would have loved to see you too. We were always seeing your parents out to eat because we loved to go out to eat also;-). You are in my prayers.

Hello Ginny, Was only thinking about you both yesterday and looked you up and found this, we are so, so sorry and you have our deepest sympathy. We have never forgotten your kindness to us when we first came to the United States 55 years ago. We have often told people of the fun times we had together and such happy memories. You gave us such a boost in life and thank you so much for this and just wish we could have returned the favor, but, you have never been forgotten and such happy memories of Foster at a square dance has always given us such joy. Again our deepest sympathy and God Bless. Pete & June.

Virginia, I am so sorry for your loss. Foster and I were friends for a lot of years. When the two of you arrived in Cherokee County and started your photography business it opened the way for folks like me who had a natural passion for the art of photography. Foster and I shared that love of photography. I will miss our talks and particularly our long phone conversations. I am praying that you and your family's grieving will pass quickly although the memories will never fade. He was a kind man, good friend and contributed much to our mountain community.

Mrs. Dionne, Brian, Chuck and other family members - I am so sorry to read of Mr. Dionne's passing. I will never forget that beautiful home in the hills above Andrews and him doing my senior photos when I graduated from college. There are many great memories of times with Brian and Chuck in school. You are in our prayers.

We met Foster when he first came to Andrews and an instant friendship developed with our families. We haven't had much contact in a while but the good memories remain. Our condolences to all the family.
May God bless.

Virginia, Chuck, Brian...I am so sorry to learn of dear Foster's passing. I remember so well your arrival in Andrews, living in the Avion trailer, building the house and studio, and, of course, all of Foster's wonderful photographic work. Most of all I remember and appreciate your dear friendship. I shall miss him so dearly as I think with love of all of your family. Donald Davis
