Elizabeth Christina Fascitelli, age 80, of Hayesville, passed away Friday, May 31, 2019 at her residence.  She was born May 6, 1939 in Randolph, Massachusetts.  Betty had worked as a coordinator in various healthcare businesses.  She later retired to Hayesville in 2009.

She was the daughter of the late Michael and Dorothy Hersey Murphy.  She was also preceded in death by a sister, Joan Murphy and a brother, Bill Murphy.

Surviving are her husband, Steve Fascitelli of Hayesville; two daughters, Dorothy Moser and Lisa Treptow; three sons, Richard Murphy, Robert Cutting, and Mark Cutting, several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
