Lillian C. Taylor, 94, of Warne, NC died Saturday, October 4, 2003 at her residence. A native of Allegheny County, NC, but had lived in Pennsylvania for many years before moving to this area three years ago.. She was the daughter of the late Burris and Della Nichols Cheek. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Olivet United Methodist Church in Coatesville, PA.

Surviving are a daughter, Fay Ryan of Warne, NC; a son, James Taylor and his wife, Shari of Warne, NC; two sisters, Wilma Martin, and Vera Rubert, both of Coatesville, PA; and six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Graveside services were held at 10:00 AM Thursday, October 9 in Fairview Cemetery in Coatesville, PA with the Rev. J. George Mamourian officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to a charity of your choice.
